WHO ARE THE FACILITATORS
Izabella
Siodmak BSc,AdvDipNat,DipNut,DipHM, Cert.Life Coach, NLP practitioner, cert. Hypnotherapist. With an extensive background
in various therapies incorporating both body (naturopathy) and mind (life coaching, psychotherapy, NLP) aspects and a biochemistry degree, Izabella is the main practitioner who will facilitate your programme.
Your
programme is designed and predominantly facilitated by founder and principal practitioner Izabella Siodmak.

Izabella,

from her clinical practice, Izabella has worked as a consultant for some of Australia's
leading practitioner-only nutritional and herbal companies (MediHerb, Bio Concepts). She
continues to write for various publications and presents various seminars and
workshops to inspire and educate people to greater health and wellbeing. Let Izabella share her knowledge with you, as well
as her radiant enthusiam and vitality.

Giya supports your body with mouth-watering organic gourmet cuisine, prepared and presented with wholesome love. Giya also soothes and caresses neglected body parts with his nurturing and healing hands. He helps awaken the body and spirit with his flowing Morning Movement sessions, guaranteed to have you connecting deeply to yourself. Giya also facilitates some of the workshops associated with Conscious Living, Intimacy, Communication and Relationships.
WHAT IS THE FOOD LIKE
All meals contain NO dairy (cow cheese,
milk, cream), meat, fish, wheat, added-sugar. Most of the cuisine is organic and from our garden where possible/ in season. We utilise fresh living raw foods which are a key healing component
of your programme. A specific regimen will be tailored to your health status and
objectives upon arrival.

WHAT IS THE ACCOMMODATION
Your
private room is part of the eco-friendly rammed earth residence - cosy,
earthy and warm. Wooden highlights and a spacious bamboo bed are all part of the
eco-experience. Your room also features a 2 person sauna, an important
part of detoxification programmes.
Enjoy the lush foliage
views and distant mountains, whilst you awake to the beautiful sounds of the bellbirds
and other unique bird calls. Most mornings, when you step outside your door, you
will also see kangaroos and wallabies right outside, feasting on the morning dew-laden
grass.
Your room also contains a second-storey 'loft' where
you will find a variety of health, healing and spirituality books, audio CDs
and videos for your relaxation and personal development time.
GETTING THERE
We are situated at Natural Attitudes within Crystal Waters
- the world's first permaculture village and is nestled within a scenic rural
valley approximatley 1.5 hours drive from Brisbane airport. The Mary Valley and
the Sunshine Coast Hinterland are one of Australia's most scenic and sought-after
holiday regions.
Crystal Waters is in close proximity to
Maleny and within reach of various Sunshine Coast beaches.
BY CAR: From Brisbane or from the north travel along the Bruce Highway and turn-off toward Landsborough/ Maleny. Go straight through Landsborough and continue along Landsborough-Maleny Road to Maleny (about 10-15minutes). Continue through Maleny along Maleny-Kenilworth Rd. Stay on this road for about 20minutes as you go up the mountain range and then down on the other side. Turn into Aherns Road on the left, which also has a Crystal Waters sign (on the right you will see a Polonia tree plantation). Continue along this road for about 10minutes, when you come to a slight fork in the road stay to the right. Continue until you come to the Crystal Waters entrance on the right of this road, where you will turn right into Kilcoy Lane. You will find a roundabout on your left. Turn left at the roundabout and drive along until you come to Lot 51- Natural Attitudes. Park at the top carpark area.
BY
TRAIN- INTERNATIONAL and INTERSTATE GUESTS
Departing
from Brisbane airport catch the airport train toward the city. The first stop
is for Eagle Junction where you will get off the train. At Eagle Junction,
change trains for the north-bound train going to Gympie. In approximatley 1hr
15minutes you should arrive at Landsborough station. We will pick you up
from this point by arrangemen.($50 return trip).
BY TRAIN - LOCAL From
Brisbane catch the north-bound train (using the Nambour train) from Roma Street
or Central Station to Landsborough.
Coming down
from the north - on a Central/ Brisbane-bound train, you will need to get off
at Landsborough station. From here we can pick you up by prior arrangement.
Pick-ups from Landsborough train station are $60 return.
WHAT TO BRING
Notepad, bushwalking shoes, light shoes/ sandals,
slippers, personal toiletries, hat, comfortable loose clothes (warm clothes in
winter), swimming togs for spa, water bottle, relevant medical test results.
You do not need to bring towels, pillows, bed linen or food.
Alcohol,
cigarettes, recreational drugs, junk food, pets and children are prohibited.
HOW TO BOOK :
- simply email us stating your preferred dates and retreat program as well as your contact details. We will then reply to you with a response regarding availability for your chosen dates. To confirm a space you will then be required to make a 50% deposit via direct deposit or credit card (incurs extra 3% surcharge). Once payment has been processed we will send confirmation receipt via email, as well as detailing directions and what to bring. We will also ask you to fill out a health history form so that we can understand your objectives, health history etc before the start of your retreat programme.
Refund and transfer policy: All deposits are non-refundable, however in the event of not being able to attend your designated dates, dates can be transferred to a future date within 6 months of original date if we are advised no less than 2 weeks prior to the date of your confirmed start date.
