How to Book:

1. simply email us stating your preferred dates and retreat program as well as your contact details.  We will then reply to you with a response regarding availability for your chosen dates. To confirm a space you will then be required to make a 50% deposit via direct deposit or credit card (incurs extra 1.5% surcharge). Once payment has been processed we will send confirmation receipt via email, as well as detailing directions and what to bring. We will also ask you to fill out a health history form so that we can understand your objectives, health history etc before the start of your retreat programme.
